Refund policy

No Return Policy

Due to the nature of my products, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Each piece is made using authentic, previously fired bullet casings that have been cleaned and repurposed. Because of this, slight imperfections, markings, or variations may be present. These are not defects, but part of the character and story behind the item.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and I will review your case.

By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.
